analyzing, monitoring and advising on the operation of the association

SEAPOWER Advisory Board is an advisory body which pursues the objective of developing and consolidating the association's strategic vision, analyzing, monitoring and advising on the association's operation, issuing opinions on the annual activity plans and reports.
The Advisory Board is also responsible for pronouncing on the institution's medium and long-term strategic planning, and may develop, among others, the following functions:

•  Advise on matters of a strategic nature;

•  Analyze and debate issues relevant to the organization's development, particularly concerning market trends;

• Evaluate new ideas for activities or services, and some of its members can integrate or constitute juries or commissions for analysis and selection of ideas and support other SEAPOWER management bodies;

•  Identify innovation, business, or funding opportunities;

• Contribute to the approach to potential customers, partners, or other players in the value chain;

•  Recommend actions or initiatives.

The Advisory Board is composed of a variable number of members

They are independent personalities, from the scientific and business communities, and representatives of local and regional entities, and may also include other individuals of recognized merit and experience
